Today we talk about the anti-racism protests with Dr. Tom Sugrue, Professor of Social and Cultural Analysis and History at NYU. Tom helps us put the current protests in the larger perspective of historical protest movements, we talk about Trump’s likelihood of using the protests to help his re-election (and whether it will work), and we also talk a good deal about Obama (whom Tom also wrote a book about).
